Google seems to be making it easier than ever to save money. Today on their commerce blog, they mentioned that they have expanded the way users can discover offers to include browsing the web with a Google device, using their popular Offers app, or even through Google Maps. No more clipping coupons ladies and gents, when all you need to do is save the offer to your Google account and redeem it easily with your phone when you visit the store.
A new way you can find discounts or coupons while in a new area is in the latest Google Maps for Android app. When you use the app to search for a restaurant or store, you’ll see a blue tag icon near the business name or next to its pin on the map if they have an offer available. All you need to do is swipe the place info sheet up to get more details on the business, and tap on the offer to use it immediately in-store (or save to your Google account to use later.)
Of course you can also find savings on what you’re searching for with offers on Google search ads as well. Simply click or tap the ‘Get offer’ button to save the offer and use it in stores. We also can’t forget the Google Offers app. Just like before, users can continue to find discounts on the Google Offers site, as well as in the Offers and Wallet apps.
With so many options, Google has really made it easy for users to find discounts and coupons for almost any purchase. So go for it people, check out the new Google Maps app, Offers app, or browse around on any Google device and start saving!
